CLAT Current Affairs including GK: Syllabus & Important Topics
​As the name suggests, the CLAT Current Affairs and GK section will include questions on both Current Affairs as well as static General Knowledge. The questions will be based on news, journalistic sources, and other non-fiction writings.
For Current Affairs, candidates should keep themselves updated about:

• Major events happening nationally of at least last one year
• Major events happening internationally of at least last one year
• Events in legal domain nationally or internationally of at least one year

​The CLAT GK section consists of 50 questions from Static GK and Current Affairs. The benefit of this section lies in the fact that it aids in saving time. You can use this to your advantage by allocating more time to other examination sections. It also helps to boost the overall score as all the questions are factual and direct.
In the CLAT GK section, there are approximately  35-40 questions on static knowledge and current affairs. It mainly consists of Current Events based on Awards, Books, Government Policies, Act Changes, etc. + Static GK (General Studies),contemporary events of significance from India and the world, arts and Culture, international affairs, and historical events of continuing significance.

Current Affairs in NDA Exam
The NDA Current Affairs syllabus includes topics on the latest current affairs events of India and the world. The current affairs of the last 8 to 12 months should be studied in great detail to prepare well for the exam.

• Knowledge of major events that have occurred in India over the past few years
• Important exercises conducted between countries worldwide with special reference to India
• Current major events in the world
• Latest appointments
• Important personalities around the world including those related to cultural and sports activities
